Syrian Network for Human Rights Report | Casualty Report

The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented on Wednesday 39 casualties in different Syrian cities most of them in Homs, including one female children and an Imam of a mosque. The network has also documented eight victims from Khan Sheikhoun massacre yesterday, and another eight victims from Joubar massacre.

Hama | 3
1. Zakaraya Abdul Hamid al-Sagheer. Hama Suburbs, Souran; shot dead by the regime security forces when he was on his motorcycle.

2. Ibrahim Salih al-Ahmad, 65 years old, the city of Hama, Janob al-Malaab neighborhood; he was in a visit to al-Arbaein neighborhood where he was killed by a sniper shot.

3. Muhammad Hikmat Hadid (23 years), Hama Suburbs; the body was found in al-Mashbata neighborhood in the town of Teibat al-Imam where the connection with him was lost since yesterday at 11 p.m. Some eye witnesses in the area said that the body was thrown from one of the security forces cars that had entered al-Mashabata neighborhood.

9. Muhammad Rabe’ al-Hafiz. Homs; abducted on 2/5/2012 by the regime security forces and was killed under torture.
10. Muhammad Said Abdul Salam (43 years). Homs, al-Khalidiya; killed under torture at the hands of the regime security forces. He was married with 4 kids; three girls and a boy.
11. An unidentified female victim. Homs, al-Shammas neighborhood; shot dead by the regime troops in a raid to the neighborhood.

12. Mire’y Zakreet. Homs, al-Shammas neighborhood; He is the Imam of Abu Hurayra Mosque, killed in the raid made at the neighborhood.
13. Haitham al-Salloumi (38 years). Homs Suburbs, al-Shammas neighborhood; an engineer arrested by the regime security forces to be executed. He is married with two children.

15. Ahmad al-Nahr, Homs, al-Quseir; the body was found in the orchards of Rabla village which lies south of al-Quseir. He was severely tortured.

1. Ayman Rasheed Abu al-Asal. Daraa, Mukhayyam al-Naziheen; due to the random shelling of the area by the regime troops.
2. Waseem Abu al-Asal. Daraa, Mukhayyam al-Naziheen; due to the random shelling of the area by the regime troops.
3. Hala Muhammad al-Rasheed. A female child. Daraa, Mukhayyam al-Naziheen; due to the random shelling of the area by the regime troops.
4. Jafar Marey al-Hariri (32 years). Daraa, Malihat al-Atash. Married with three kids. He was killed by the random gunfire of the regime forces.

Damascus and Damascus Suburbs | 11
1. Issa al-Jasem (36 years). Damascus Suburbs, Qatana; married with two kids, and his wife is pregnant. He was going to work at al-Mwasat Hospital. He was killed in a blast made by the regime forces in a residential area.
2. Muaid Talal Haboush, Damascus Suburbs, Madyara; he was shot in the head a week ago. Today, he died of his wounds.
3. Ahmad Khalil al-Jalab, born in 1993, Muadamiyat al-Cham, Damascus Suburbs; a defected conscript killed at the hands of the Syrian army in Deir al-Zour.
4. Nadir al-Qazaz (28 years), al-Shaghour, Damascus; killed by the security forces gunfire at one of the checkpoints in Muadamiyat al-Cham.
5. Omar Adnan al-Qabouni, al-Salhiya, Damascus; died of his wounds which he received in al-Qazaz blasts last Thursday.
6. Waleed Jabal, al-Dhumeir, Damascus Suburbs, killed during the security campaign on the town last Thursday.
7. Taha Taha, Deir al-Asafeir, Damascus Suburbs; killed due to the military campaign on the town. The authorities hold the body.
8. Ali al-Sheikh, Damascus Suburbs; killed due to the military campaign on the town. The authorities hold the body.
9. Farouq Faris, Damascus Suburbs; killed due to the military campaign on the town. The authorities hold the body.
10. Yaser Saleem al-Shaghouri, al-Medan, Damascus; killed by army troops at a checkpoint in Daraya in Rural Damascus
11. Bashar Mahmoud al-Wan, 40, Daraya, Damascus Suburbs; killed when the army raided Daraya today.

Idlib | 5
1. Ahmad Nazim al-Bakri. Idlib, al-Tamana’a; died of the wounds he received yesterday.

3. Safwan Zeidan al-Mawas, Idlib, Maret al-Numan, a first sergeant whose car was targeted while he and his family were on Homs road, and they were all killed.

SNHR has also documented the names of eight victims of Joubar massacre which was perpetrated on 6-3-2012. The security forces took the bodies and took photos of them to let the families identify their sons by photos. The victims are:
