-Al Thahereyyeh district in Hama: Note that 17 year old Muhammad Raed Al Akari, who is a refugee from Homs, has been arrested on Al Arb'een barrier about 2 weeks ago. He currently is being held in the political security branch there. His only "crime" is being from the city of Homs.
-Rastan: Rocket shelling began to again target the city savagely and heavily. A number of houses were destroyed and a huge number of civilians got injured.
Regime's forces aren't satiated by solely using rockets and mortars; they today and for the first time used a new type of shell that explodes more than once after falling in a location.
The tank shelling has been renewed, targeting the city again after stopping for about 3 hours. The pace of the shelling is 3 shells/1 minute.
